Ms. Joy is a seasoned educator and consultant with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, music instruction, and data science. As the founder of In School Arts, she partners with preschool owners nationwide to enhance enrollment, retain passionate staff, and strengthen school culture. Through strategic marketing, social presence, and enrichment programs, she helps schools engage families and create a thriving learning environment. Joy’s expertise empowers ECE businesses to build long-term success while fostering a love for STEM and the arts in young children.
